Summary: Dirt coming out of ceiling AC. Ceiling had an area of 5 by 4 feet covered on dirt and dust. Room 431. Son experienced the same last year at the same hotel.

Summary: Our unit was smaller than most other Residence Inn properties but we were only staying one night so it worked. The one bathroom sink area had no place to hang used hand towels and the bedroom only had one nightstand. I had to use a kitchen chair on the window side of the bed for my glasses and phone.

Summary: We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very well kept and clean. The only issues we had were the noise from the air conditioner as the location of the unit in the closet was directly at the foot of the bed. The room was right next to Interstate 44 and the traffic noise was very prominent. We will definitely stay there again but request a room on the other side of the hotel.

Summary: Was not aware the facility did not have a cafe or restaurant on site for a short business stay. Only a simple breakfast buffet included in the stay. A "market" consisting of vending machines and a few items for cooking in a microwave. Able to order dinner from DoorDash and delivered to my room.
